Son t\u00e9cnicas muy sencillas, pero te avisamos de que seguro que aprendes algunas cosas que no sab\u00edas. \u00a1Sigue leyendo!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ali\u00f1ar con AOVE<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A nadie se le escapa: la clave de una buena ensalada es el ali\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para acertar siempre, la propuesta de Paloma Lloreda es usar 3 partes de aceite (nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/fincaduernas.com\/en\/product\/arbequina-bio-ecologico-500ml\/\">AOVE Oleum Arbequina<\/a> le va que ni pintado) por 1 de vinagre y mezclar bien en un recipiente antes de a\u00f1adir a la ensalada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Solo de esta forma potenciamos el sabor natural de la lechuga y del tomate y conseguimos que las vitaminas de ambos se asimilen mejor en el organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfQuieres hacer de tu ensalada un super-plato? Muy sencillo: a\u00f1ade huevo duro y at\u00fan para que sea un plato completo con prote\u00ednas y Omega 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Saltear con aceite de oliva<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En una de nuestras interminables charlas, nuestra nutricionista Christina Elver nos confirm\u00f3 que el salteado es la mejor t\u00e9cnica culinaria para mantener las vitaminas de las verduras. Las vitaminas son hidrosolubles, por lo tanto, si las hervimos, se quedar\u00e1n en el agua y nuestro organismo no podr\u00e1 aprovecharlas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esto es algo que tambi\u00e9n sabe nuestra cocinera, que nos propone hacer un salteado con nuestro <a href=\"https:\/\/fincaduernas.com\/en\/product\/picual-bio-ecologico-500ml\/\">AOVE Oleum Picual<\/a>, para ayudar a nuestro cuerpo a asimilar mejor las vitaminas de las verduras.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La receta, muy sencilla: Ponemos un buen chorre\u00f3n de Picual en la sart\u00e9n y, cuando est\u00e9 caliente (siempre antes de que eche humo), vamos a\u00f1adiendo por orden las verduras: la cebolla, la berenjena, el pimiento y, por \u00faltimo, el br\u00f3coli. Un poco de sal y pimienta y\u2026 \u00a1un plato delicioso y lleno de nutrientes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Fre\u00edr, siempre con aceite de oliva virgen extra<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>No son pocas las personas que a la hora de fre\u00edr se decantan por un aceite de oliva o incluso por un aceite de girasol, frecuentemente por una cuesti\u00f3n de precios.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo, hoy queremos contarte un par de secretos que te convencer\u00e1n que <a href=\"https:\/\/fincaduernas.com\/en\/product\/picual-lata-3l\/\">el virgen extra<\/a> es tu mejor opci\u00f3n para fre\u00edr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lugar, para qu\u00e9 enga\u00f1arnos, el sabor.
